to make the sketch work with my photo, i flipped it. i misted the background with lindy's stampgang starburst freaky franken lime then cut and layered DCWV limonello stack. I cut heidi swapp (color resist banner) and then stained them with tim holtz distress stain (broken china and mowed lawn). I then added the alphas (thickers: sylist, charcoal gray). i then added stickers and layout complete. here is my take:
