Here is my take (i flipped it 90 degrees):

Supplies used:
paper: bazzill basics (cardstock), my mind's eye (now and then: smile regards)
flowers: kaiserscrapbook (blue 5cm), dollar store
ink/paint: distress paint (salty ocean), tim holtz distress stain (seedless preserves, broken china), lindy's stamp gang starburst (tibetan poppy teal, sweet violet purple teal, cranberry mist burgundy)
other: arrows (recollection), flourish (bazzill basics chipboard), pearls (flourish with a bling: mango), doily (dollar store), brads (my mind's eye now and then), tags (recollections), title (jillibean soup: yellow happ)
sewing: handstitched stampin up shapes
