Play Zone - ScrapMuch? Sketch-y Friday (304/365)

Good morning everyone, hope you all had a great short week (monday was a holiday here in Alberta) and since Tuesday I was in the hospital for a procedure my husband only had a three day work week!!! This weekend is especially special since tomorrow is my birthday!!!

Sharing today is my take on this Friday's ScrapMuch? sketch-y friday reveal:

I am so happy with the way this layout turned out!!! It just came together so easily too (which never happens for me), the colours and and elements are so fabulous, I just love this one!!! I used a bunch of stamping (background behind photos and celebrate), the twine is only attached with the staples too (never tried that before but it works so yay). The title was cut with my silhouette but since I found it too bright, i took one of my tim holtz distress pads and went ouver it a couple of times (evergreen bough), which gave it some dimension as well as toned down the brightness a bit!!
